The goal of the Housing Provider Resource Center is to improve housing access and quality across unincorporated Alameda County. The HPRC will provide a hotline and website for housing legislative updates, property owner and renter rights information, compliance support, property management best practices, and program navigation services.

IMPORTANT NOTICE: The ACHS Emergency Rental Assistance Program closed its application portal on May 13, 2022. The program is now officially closed and as of June 2023 all approved funds have been distributed.
